General Information

  1. Services Provided: Career coaching is a partnership designed to support and guide you in your professional journey. While I will provide tools, strategies, and support to help you achieve your career goals, I cannot guarantee job offers, promotions, or specific outcomes. Success depends on your commitment and efforts outside the sessions.

  2. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

Booking and Payments

  1. Session Fees: Fees are clearly outlined for each service on the website.

  2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  3. Refunds and Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session will receive a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session.

  4. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Conduct and Responsibilities

  1. Client Commitment: Coaching requires active participation. To get the most out of sessions, clients are expected to complete any agreed-upon actions between sessions.

  2. Coach Commitment: I will provide a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. My role is to guide, empower, and provide practical tools to help you progress.

Limitations of Liability

  1. Employment Outcomes: While I aim to provide effective coaching to support your career development, I cannot guarantee specific results, such as securing a job or promotion.

  2. Advice and Guidance: Recommendations provided during sessions are advisory. It is your responsibility to make decisions and take actions based on the advice given.

Legal Compliance

  1. Data Protection: Personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  2. Website Terms: By using this website to book services, you agree to abide by its privacy policy and terms of use, which comply with applicable laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
